Nov 8, 2019 · Depends how you plan to use e-ink to code. If you plan to everything on the e-ink screen, then things like color coding will be poor, maybe unusable. It will all come out as grey scale. Anyway, the best monitor will be a dasung or an onyx tablet that doubles as a monitor. I personally would go with the onyx. They are solid kit, though have faults.

Apr 11, 2012 · An e-ink reader is not suitable. A digital photo frame is more suitable, though I don't know about the bluetooth connection. I've never used a digital photo frame so I don't know if they can be permanently connected.

Jan 16, 2015 · One of the big factors in whether a e-ink reader can serve as a monitor is how fast the pixels can be changed. A monitor will require the ability to do at least 15 frames a second, an ereader really only needs to do about 4 frames a second (and probably a lot less).
