Sep 8, 2024 · Sure Vance has a residence there, but Usha is more of a D.C. type who'd rather have her kids educated there. Not sure where you're getting the "D.C. type" stuff from, unless it's solely based on educating mixed-race children in D.C. vs. Ohio (and D.C. clearly wins that one).
