The death toll from severe storms in Kentucky this weekend reached 19 on Sunday, said Gov. Andy Beshear. The latest death was a woman in Russell County, Beshear posted on social media Sunday afternoon. Her name was not released. In all, 18 people died in Laurel County, one died in Pulaski County and one died in Russell County.
