Amazon is denying a report that it plans to list how much tariffs add to the cost of products being sold to shoppers.

Amazon said it is not displaying tariff price hikes on products on its main website, denying a report that it plans to show consumers just how much President Trump's tariffs will raise the price of items after the White House criticized the tech giant.

The White House said that if Amazon listed tariff prices next to products, it would be considered a "hostile and political act." But the company denies any plans to do so.
