Martin Mendoza Jr. was arrested on suspicion of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Marissa DiNapoli, after being detained at the U.S.-Mexico border.

A man suspected of murdering Marissa DiNapoli, 18, of Morgan Hill, was arrested at the United States border. According to Morgan Hill police, Martin Mendoza was arrested trying to return to the U.S.
