Multiple cars submerged, people rescued from flooded intersections throughout San Diego
A second rescue was underway in Mira Mesa when two cars were stuck at the intersection of Carroll Canyon Road and Pacific Heights Boulevard at approximately 9 p.m. According to the San Diego Police Department, officers kept an eye on two people, with one person occupying each car.
