Nebraska football coach Matt Rhule talked about a year three leap for the Nebraska football program, in a recent interview with Urban Meyer.

In Rhule's interview on The Triple Option podcast, Urban Meyer brought up his concerns about how nonconference schedules will look in the new age of the expanded College Football Playoff, which could include as many as eight automatic bids split between the Big Ten and SEC.

Urban Meyer recognized that the gap between the SEC and Big Ten isn’t what it used to be. The former Florida and Ohio State head coach has seen both, but knows the Big Ten has made some big time moves to catch up and maybe pass the SEC.
