Frank is working to bring in reinforcements for multiple positions, and his top transfer target is West Ham's Mohammed Kudus. The club has already submitted multiple bids which have been rejected, but Frank is still keen on signing the Ghana international.

West Ham United have received an offer from Tottenham Hotspur to sign Mohammed Kudus. The bid was worth £50million ($68m) and has been turned down but club-to-club talks continue. Kudus is prioritising Spurs if he leaves West Ham and personal terms for the 24-year-old Ghana international are not expected to be an issue.
