The family of Sally Sample Graves is mourning the loss of their beloved 91-year-old matriarch, who died in the devastating flash floods that swept through the Texas Hill Country.

Kerr County officials give an update about the deadly flooding. 87 people were killed, 5 Camp Mystic campers and one counselor is still missing.

Abbot said many of those who are not accounted for were staying in state’s Hill Country but did not register at a camp or hotel. He spoke at a news conference after taking a helicopter tour of the affected area.
