Reportedly, it turns out that the political outfit has officially registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). Called 'America Party (AMEP),' the new organization registered with the FEC on July 6 under Filing FEC-1898441 and FEC Committee ID-C00910323.

Elon Musk announced the formation of the “America Party” on Saturday, claiming it will restore Americans’ freedom, CNBC reported. The move followed a poll Musk posted on X, in which he stated that support for a new party was “2 to 1.

The billionaire says the America Party aims to disrupt U.S. politics, but with no candidates yet and major ballot hurdles ahead, its future remains uncertain.
