The 2025 Coachella Valley Invitational (CVI) is a three-week pre-season soccer event, which will host clubs from both Major League Soccer and the National Women’s Soccer League at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

NYCFC will face off against San Diego FC vs. New York City FC at 3 p.m. EST, then the New York Red Bulls will play the San Jose Earthquakes at 4:30 p.m.

The San Jose Earthquakes and Bay FC will be playing at Coachella – on the pitch, that is – in pre-season action at the Coachella Valley Invitational in Indio starting Wednesday, Feb. 5.

The Chicago Fire are still searching for the first win of the 2025 Coachella Valley Invitational as they played the Portland Timbers to a 0-0 draw on Saturday in Indio, California. Jonathan Bamba and Claudio Cassano made their debuts for the Fire against Portland while former Fire winger Ariel Lasster was on the pitch for the Timbers.
