Amber Heard has welcomed twins. A spokesperson for the actress, who is also mom to 4-year-old daughter Oonagh Paige, tells PEOPLE, "Amber is delighted to welcome the twins and complete her family."

Oonagh is undoubtedly an odd name, which means lamb in old Irish, but Amber Heard opted for slightly more normal names for the twins, Agnes and Ocean. Ocean is obviously a reference to the sea, coming from the Greek word okeanos, but I’m going to take it as a reference to her role in Aquaman.
